Wake up to the bell of alarm,
Just get up on both of your legs,
Yawn a little, see the morning sky,
What do you find a lovely sight,
Take your shoes out,
Dress yourself with enthusiasm that high,
Hit the park, talk to trees,
Birds and breeze,
Don’t forget to take your pets by your side,
Take a round about 30 mins with nature,
Seeing happy faces of people,
Just smile back at sky,
Exercise doesn’t mean lifting dumbbells in gym,
It’s all about being happier each day,
Moving around, putting your stress level down.
Remember, in a sound body, rests a sound mind.
